Dot Fernald is the president of The Dot Fernald Team and is associated with ERA Worden Realty. She has been in the real estate industry since 1984. Dot has been one of the Top 5 ERA agents in the State of Maine since 1999, and Dot has been inducted into the Elite ERA Winners Circle for superior production since 1995. She is a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors and the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce.

Dot is extremely successful because of her in depth knowledge of the Real Estate industry and being diversified with all types of sales.Dot surrounds herself with positive influences and that is what she gives back.

She is happy, energetic, and loves life. Jim Adams 

Jim Adams has been a Real Estate Agent with ERA Worden Realty for the past 6 years. He won the State of Maine ERA “Rookie of the Year Award” in 2005. In addition, Jim has achieved “Top 25 Producer in the State of Maine” in 2005 and 2006. In December of 2007, he completed his requirements and now has his Real Estate Broker’s license. He is a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors. He joined The Dot Fernald Team in January 2007 as a buyer’s agent.

Jim is a home grown native Mainer and attended the University of Maine in Orono studying mechanical engineering. Jim and his wife Susan are family members of Mount Washington Observatory. He is currently the President of Bear Pond Improvement Association in Hartford, Maine where they own a camp on Big Bear Pond. He has served as past Master of Crocked River Lodge, and is currently a member of KORA Shrine Temple. Jim is a life member of Sportsman’s Alliance of Maine and Lake Thompson Fish & Game.

Scott Robert

Scott Robert has been a Real Estate Agent for The Dot Fernald Team at ERA Worden Realty since February 2007 and completed his Associate Broker course October 2007. He is a Top Gun Graduate and is a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors. Scott sold over $3,000,000 in sales his first year in the business.

Prior to selling real estate Scott owned his own business installing carpets and ceramic tile floors. He also owned and managed over 50 apartment building units in the Lewiston and Auburn area, and built his primary residence in Greene in 2003.Scott’s knowledge and expertise is very valuable to his clients because of his in depth knowledge of management and construction. He has made valuable relationship with reputable contractors which are a great source that he can offer to his clients.

Scott said, “His biggest accomplishment was marrying his wife, Mary, and his biggest enjoyment is being a Dad to his two children, Nathan, and Ashlee. Life doesn’t get any better then that………………

Linda Ruksznis

Linda Ruksznis has been an Assistant to The Dot Fernald Team for 3 years. She is an Associate Broker licensed with ERA Worden Realty. She is a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors.

Linda’s professional scope encompasses the development and maintenance of client relationships for The Dot Fernald Team, as well as the management of specific administrative support systems for the team. She does research at the Registry of Deeds. She keeps the customized web site up to date. Linda calls sellers with feedback after each showing to keep the seller informed. She also creates and distributes property flyers on all the listings to each realtor. She assists the team from listing the property to the closing.

Prior to working for The Dot Fernald Team, Linda was employed for 19 years with USDA, Rural Development in the Single Family and Multi Family Housing Loan Making and Servicing Programs.She has construction knowledge as she and her husband built their own home. They also built two other houses for resale and purchased a property at foreclosure sale and rehabbed and sold that property as well.

Linda enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Larry, daughter Amanda, son Jared and his family, and especially her grandson, Aiden.
