Dot Fernald

Dot Fernald is the president of The Dot Fernald Team and is associated with ERA Worden Realty. She has been in the real estate industry since 1984. Dot has been one of the Top 5 ERA agents in the State of Maine since 1999, and Dot has been inducted into the Elite ERA Winners Circle for superior production since 1995. She is a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors and the Androscoggin Chamber of CommerAce.

Dot is extremely successful because of her in depth knowledge of the Real Estate industry and being diversified with all types of sales.Dot surrounds herself with positive influences and that is what she gives back.

She is happy, energetic, and loves life. She remembers listening to Bill Gates and Warren Buffet on a talk show that they said, “It’s not how much money you have; it’s how much love you have that makes you a rich person.” So Dot considers herself a Billionaire because of her precious family, friends, associates, clients, and most importantly her two precious grandchildren, Nathan and Ashlee. Scott Robert

Scott Robert has been a Real Estate Agent for The Dot Fernald Team at ERA Worden Realty since February 2007 and completed his Associate Broker course October 2007. He is a Top Gun Graduate and is a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors. Scott sold over $3,000,000 in sales his first year in the business.

Prior to selling real estate Scott owned his own business installing carpets and ceramic tile floors. He also owned and managed over 50 apartment building units in the Lewiston and Auburn area, and built his primary residence in Greene in 2003.Scott’s knowledge and expertise is very valuable to his clients because of his in depth knowledge of management and construction. He has made valuable relationship with reputable contractors which are a great source that he can offer to his clients.

Scott said, “His biggest accomplishment was marrying his wife, Mary, and his biggest enjoyment is being a Dad to his two children, Nathan, and Ashlee. Life doesn’t get any better then that………………

Scott is an avid bass fisherman, and enjoys all sports.

Kevin Bergeron

Kevin Bergeron has been a Real Estate Agent for The Dot Fernald Team at ERA Worden Realty since March 2010 and completed his Associate Broker course July 2010.  Dot said, "Kevin is a hard working individual that has put 5 properties under contract within 30 days of joining her team.  Kevin is successful because of his knowledge in construction, remodeling, and excavation."  He is also a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors. 

Kevin has successfully owned and operated KB Services, Inc., for over 15 years.  He is a strong believer in customer satisfaction and is a very positive person that will go beyond the call of duty to successfully close a transaction.

Kevin lives in Leeds with his wife and daughter.  He enjoys riding his motorcycle, camping, and spending time with his family riding horses.

Debbie Bosse

Debbie Bosse has been an Assistant to The Dot Fernald Team since February 2010 and is a licensed sales agent with ERA Worden Realty.  Debbie plans to be licensed as an Associate Broker within 2 years.  She is also a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors. 

Debbie’s professional scope encompasses the development and maintenance of client relationships for The Dot Fernald Team, as well as the management of specific administrative support systems for the Team. Some of Debbie’s specific tasks include research at the   Registry of Deeds and maintaining the Team’s customized web site.  Debbie diligently calls all sellers with feedback after each home showing to keep them informed. She also creates and distributes property flyers for all the Team’s listings to each realtor. Debbie fully supports the team from listing the property to the final closing.

Prior to working for the Dot Fernald Team, Debbie attended the University of Southern Maine studying Business Management. She also worked for 6 years in Human Resources.  This is where she proved herself to be professional, honest, reliable, down to earth, and well liked by all she comes in contact with.

Debbie resides in Auburn with her son Mason and daughter Kylie. 

Norm Lamie

Norm Lamie has been a Real Estate Agent for the Dot Fernald team at ERA Worden Realty since May 2009. Norm expects to acquire his Associate Broker license in February 2011. Norm is a lifelong resident of the Lewiston/Auburn area. He lives in Lewiston with his wife and enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren. His interests include genealogy research and history. He is also a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors. 

Norm’s 35 years in the utility and construction field brings his intimate knowledge of the Lewiston/Auburn area. Norm believes in working diligently to find and bring the right seller and buyer together.

Norm is proud of his community service with the Auburn/Lewiston Rotary Club, and serving as a Board member of the Lewiston Development Corporation, and previously with Museum L-A.

Linda Ruksznis 

Linda Ruksznis was an Assistant to The Dot Fernald Team for 5 years. She is currently working as a buyers agent.  She is an Associate Broker licensed with ERA Worden Realty. She is also a member of the Androscoggin County Board of Realtors.

Prior to working for The Dot Fernald Team, Linda was employed for 19 years with USDA, Rural Development in the Single Family and Multi Family Housing Loan Making and Servicing Programs.She has construction knowledge as she and her husband built their own home. They also built two other houses for resale and purchased a property at foreclosure sale and rehabbed and sold that property as well.

Linda enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Larry, daughter Amanda, son Jared and his family, and especially her grandson, Aiden.

Tom Mathieu

Tom Mathieu has been a Real Estate Agent for the Dot Fernald Team at ERA Worden Realty since July 2009 and completed his Associate Broker course in July 2010. Tom works as a buyer’s agent for the team, and has learned that helping buyers to find the home, business, or property of their dreams is both professionally and personally very satisfying.

Prior to selling Real Estate Tom worked as a teacher, and is a veteran of the U.S. Army, but he is excited by the challenges and rewards that come with working as a Realtor…

Tom Graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a BA in Political Science and Psychology in 2000.

He is also a graduate of the Interrogator training school at Ft. Huachuca, Arizona as well as the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA with a certificate in Korean Language
